Note, All events will run at the same time, if you sign up for more than one, please notify your coordinator and we will try to accommodate your schedule

1:00 PM  Ballroom

At each ring, a sign will be posted indicating what divisions will be run in that ring and in what order. The general schedule, and order for Friday's events in each ring will be:
Extreme Weapons
Creative Weapons
Traditional Weapons
Extreme Forms

5:00 PM  Ballroom

Continuous Fighting will begin in your ring when all of the weapons and forms divisions for that ring have been completed. This might be later than 5:00PM for large divisions. Some Continuous fighting divisions might require another ring to be complete as well. Team continuous fighting will follow.

SATURDAY

8:00 AM Ballroom

Competitors and Officials report to their rings.
Please consult the ring assignments in your program.

9:00 AM Ballroom

ALL Youth Competitors under 18 years of age.
Traditional Forms divisions begin for all Youth competitors, followed by Creative Forms and Point Fighting (and Grand Championships for black belts)

9:00 AM Ballroom

Sport Jujitsu Divisions begin and occur in the following order; Black Belts, Executives, Under Black Belts.

11:00 AM Ballroom (some rings might start later)

ALL Adult Competitors 18 years and over
Traditional Forms divisions begin for all adult competitors, followed by Creative Forms and Point Fighting (and Grand Championship Runoffs for black belts).

6:00 PM Ballroom

2nd Caribbean Martial Arts Hall Of Fame, 40th Anniversary, Banquet & Closing Ceremony
